Understanding Ledger "Login"
Ledger hardware wallets, such as the Ledger Nano S Plus and Ledger Nano X, do not have a traditional "login" system like email and password-based accounts. Instead, your access to your crypto assets is managed through physical authentication on the Ledger device itself and the Ledger Live app.
Here’s how Ledger access works:
-
Connect Your Ledger Device
Plug your Ledger wallet into your computer or connect via Bluetooth (Nano X only). -
Enter Your PIN
To unlock the device, you enter a personal PIN code that you created during the initial setup. -
Use Ledger Live
Once the device is unlocked, use the Ledger Live app to manage your crypto (send/receive coins, check balances, install apps, etc.).
